The buyer accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by SkinCareUltra. The buyer vows they will only use products under the guidance of their Esthetician.
The buyer confirms he/she is of legal age.
SECURITY
When you place an order online, any information you submit to us (including credit card number) is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. It makes virtually impossible to view or intercepted your information while it is being transferred to us, which maximize safety of your shopping experience.
ORDER
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
We try to keep inventory levels high for fast shipping. However, due to high demand or a manufacturer issues some items may be out of stock. You can purchase them anyways, and they will be immediately ordered from an authorized distributor. Normal delivery time to our store from the distributor is 2-5 days. Your order will be shipped the same day as the backordered items are received.
Items out of stock are marked red in your online order.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation e-mail to which you can refer. Be sure to include your e-mail address and/or daytime phone number so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
All orders are normally shipped in 24 hours after receiving a payment.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at the checkout process.
In order to maximize security and protection of your personal information we prefer to accept payments via Visa/Mastercard directly or PayPal. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to pay for your items.
The following forms of payment are accepted via PayPal:
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other credit cards
- Debit cards
- E-cheques
- PayPal account
- Money orders, etc.
When you choose PayPal payment option you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to make payment. Use left column if you do not have an account with PayPal, or right column if you have one. Your shipping and billing information will be securely transferred to PayPal and filled in the payment form. Please check it and make sure it is correct. After the payment is done please return to www.skincareultra.com using a link provided at the bottom of the page to properly finalize your order.
SkinCareUltra will e-mail you an Order Confirmation when checkout is complete.
PRICING AND TAXES
All prices are set in Canadian dollars. You can choose preferrable currency in the shopping cart window. The prices will be automatically recalculated to reflect current currency.
All Canadian buyers will be charged GST 5% according to the Canadian Tax Law. Customers located in Ontario will be additionally charged 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
Out-of-country customers do not pay any of these taxes.
If you have a Purchase Exemption Certificate or PST exempt number please provide it by e-mail in order to avoid PST charge BEFORE submitting the order. We will keep it on file for future use so you do not have to provide it every time.
If we have a Native Registration Number on file and the order is shipped to a Reservation and the goods become the property of the Native person on the reservation -- i.e., the order is shipped COD -- then we will not charge PST or GST.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
SHIPPING
You will have several shipping options via the most popular and trusted transportation companies such as UPS, Purolator, DHL, Canada Post.
The tracking number is provided for all UPS, Purolator, DHL, Canada Post Expedited and Express shipping services.
Please note, that if you choose shipping method Canada Post Small Packets (Air or Ground, International or USA), NO tracking number will be provided. You will not be able to track your parcel. This is the cheapest international shipping service available, but choose it at your own risk.
We will complete the required customs documents when shipping your order outside Canada, however, delays caused by Customs are outside our control. There may be duties, tariffs, excise taxes or customs charges required to be paid by you when receiving your parcel.
There is a $1.00 Handling Fee on all orders less than $75.00 before taxes in addition to the specific shipping charges.
No local pick up is allowed.
Orders qualified for FREE SHIPPING will be shipped via our choise of carrier, which is normally Canada Post Expedited Service or Purolator.
RETURNS
1. Goods Damaged in Transit
All merchandise is carefully checked at the time of shipping. Damaged goods claims must be made to the carrier AT ONCE. We cannot accept any claims for damage in transit.
2. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of shipping. Please send all returns to us via a traceable method, so that if the shipment gets lost it can be located. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. The buyer pays return shipping fee to the carrier.
3. Items must be in their original packaging and in resale condition. Goods that cannot honestly be resold as "new" will not be accepted. Opened or used products will not be accepted. Shipping costs are not refundable.
4. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee if you require payment reimbursement. You have an option of applying of 100% product purchase price (with 0% restocking fee) towards another purchase at SkinCareUltra.
