2. Can I track my parcel?
Yes, we provide you with a tracking number via email when your parcel is shipped.
3. Do you charge sales tax?
All orders from Canada are subject to 5% GST.
All orders from Ontario are subject to an additional 8% PST.
No tax is charged on orders outside Canada.

4. How can I add a free gift to my order?
All purchases over CA$100 are qualified for a free gift. All items from Tools and Accessories category are available as free gifts.
If you are qualified for a free gift you will have an option of choosing one during checkout process in a drop down menu at the bottom of your cart. Simply choose your free gift and it will be shipped with your items.
5. How can I pay?
In order to maximize security and protection of your personal information we prefer to accept payments via PayPal. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to pay for your items.

6. How fast is my order processed and shipped?
All orders are normally processed and shipped in 24 hours. Orders received on Friday are shipped on the next business day which is usually Monday. Backordered items are usually delivered to our store from the supplier in 2-5 business days, and shipped the same day.

It is absolutely safe to shop here. Our database is stored on one of the most secure servers in the world. Your personal data entered on our website is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
We have strict privacy policy, and respect and protect personal information of all our customers. Skincareultra will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.
8. What if I do not get my order?
We strongly encourage you to use a shipping method with tracking option, such as Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Canadapost Expedited, so your item can be found or reimbursed if lost.
If you are an international buyer and use the most economical shipping service “Canadapost Small Packets International Air” (or Canadapost Small Packets Air – USA) please keep in mind that this service does not have a tracking option. You will not be able to track your package if it is lost. Though 95% of the parcels are delivered without any problem use this type of service at you own risk!!! We are not responsible for the parcels lost by the postal service.
If you do not receive your item(s) within 2-3 weeks after the purchase date please contact us for investigation.

11. Why some products are out of stock?
We try to keep inventory levels high for fast shipping. However, due to high demand or a manufacturer issues some items may be out of stock. You can purchase them anyways, and they will be immediately ordered from an authorized distributor. Normal delivery time to our store from the distributor is 2-5 days. Your order will be shipped the same day as the backordered items are received.
